Hey fatlosspro great instructions! However I have a question. I have a set of dumbbells at home, and for a while the dumbbell press was working great for me. But recently Ive been achieving higher weights, up to 80 in fact. Unfortunately I cant lift 80s up in place with one hand without dislocating my shoulder, and I rarely have a spotter around.. Any advice??

You should move up in weight.

Arms and elbows stay out and back? That is a one way ticket to a shoulder impingement.
