Using weight watcher food and some alternatives with very low points. Amazing food choices for weight watchers. Use their foods or use these alternatives to start. I am altering the way I cook. My husband and I are enjoying the substitutes. Lower in fat, calories, sodium and I am learning the tricks to on how to lose weight easier with weight watchers. I am new to weight watchers and I will start tracking my success for you maybe starting next week. I have been a member since 10/13/09 and I LOVE IT so far! I will also be posting easy recipes to help you lose weight. Don’t forget to eat “filling foods”. Do NOT skip meals, NO meals should ever be skipped!

    We have the gadgets that calculates the points. I have the small pocket version (kind of looks like a calculator) and the weekly book has a slide out version, (fits in your pocketbook), and I also have an application on my Iphone. Makes it REALLY easy to calculate and track daily.

    well i guess. But i just find t so much easier when it’s all there on the package. ( So i don’t have to think hehe) I just wish we had as many options here.

    Oh but you can purchase some of these products on ebay. Or if you go to your grocery store, or health food store, don’t they have a vegetarian section?
