lol yeah but all that surgery after that loosing weight is hard on the body and pocket wow.imagine going 2 the gym 2 loose weight and u’r loosing money lol.that god i never over ate when i was a kid.lol

wow i gatta say i’m not that overweight, i’m about 260 lbs and i just wanna gain muscle and i’m only 18 i never taught rapid weight loss can cause left over skin i always taught the body will go along with u as u go well i learned something new 2day.

I started seeing and feeling results almost immediately (within the first week). I’ve already surpassed the goals I set for myself so I am staying on the program cuz I want to see how extreme I can get now!

diddy559- thats not necessarily true. I went through the fullyfunctionalfitness(dot)com program & totally transformed my body 4 WAY less $ than anywhere else. & it’s totally customized becuz me & my wife went thru it & we both got different meal plans & workouts every month. The guy is very personal in his coaching. Not 2 brag or anything, but I am pretty ripped now & can see my abls. Its been many years since I could do that lol. Anyway u CAN get it 4 a great price and its the only way 2 go.

disizdalife- I agree customized nutrition AND customized workouts based on your individual goals and body type is important…but not everyone can afford that. It’s very expensive. Plus, once you get a personalized nutrition and exercise plan, you have to do it again in a month or so because when your body plateaus, you have to switch things up. So the reason ppl experiment and hop around from program to program trying diff things is cuz its usually less expensive than your method.

Be VERY careful when following “a program”. Most ppl see results like this and are like “wow! If it worked for him, I can do it and lose weight too!” But the problem is everybody is different. We as a society have been programmed to accept all these diets on the market without being told how UNIQUE we actually are. What worked on this guy probably won’t work for me becuase I am a different height, weight, body type, etc. Getting a customized nutrition and exercise plan is KEY.

i have a question and its kind of weird to me i used to eat alot but i wasnt that fat or thin but now that i exercise i work on my abdominal area now i eat like i used to what affect does working out do to my stomach? 0_o i get full quick that i used 2

for how long ? I’ve been doing 15-20 min of jump everyday, and hit he gym 3 times a week for an hr. I lost perhaps 15 pds in 1 month. how long have you been on the program before you see those kind of results??
