Home made Hummus is easy to make, Olive oil is good, You can do better then a box of multi grain, I hope you read the lable for preservitives,Kashi is alright but then again it is pkg’d, Mahi Mahi is high in Magnesim there are better choices out there, besides Dolphins should not be killed to be eaten.fresh garlic & Ginger taste better, even though it says kashi, if it comes in a box you can do better by scratch cooking , I hope your looking at the labels. but all this is better then junk foods.

I love all of the healthy grocery haul vids up on YouTube. It makes it so much easier to make our shopping list and to expose everyone to new products or foods you wouldn’t normally buy. Thanks for sharing all of you hauls!

I really love your videos. I also get apples & baby carrots for snakcing. I DO have a prob with those 100 cal snacks. I think they are way to processed and cause that insulin yo-yo thingy in your blood.

Heheh… Great Value berries from WalMart! Love ‘em!
You can get jars of diced garlic, garlic and ginger, and just ginger there, too. We use those pretty extensively, at our house.
Keep it up; you’re doing great!

Okay your going to have to share your Hummus Recipe and do a video showing how to make it. Sounds interesting to do….Love It… ” Numbers are not ingredients” … Do i hear an accent in your voice every once in awhile? I heard it in tomato, lovely, and crunchy. I also hear the accent from you being in PeN for instance “woder” in place of water. The two put together is very interesting yet mind boggling. LOL

hummus is a chickpea and galric spread, you can dip carrots, broccoli in it, put it on pita bread.. its quite yummy and full of protein, healthy fats and fiber
