Ok Linzi, I cannot find this bread board anywhere!! I’ve looked since I’ve seen this video!! I thought for sure I’d find it at Bed Bath and Beyond but no luck.
. Any Idea where your parents got it, I’d love to have one!! Anyway, I just love your cooking videos!! You don’t know how much time you’ve saved me by showing us how to cook eggs in the microwave!! I’ve made this spinach, egg and muffin breakfast a ton!!! It’s my fav. fast breakfast!!! More cooking videos!!!

Ahhh My bread board!!! Isn’t it cool? Well when you slice your bread it usualy leaves crumbs on it, and makes a mess, then you have to wipe it up.. Well with this one, you just cut and all the crumbs will fall into the slots, and then you can take the top off and dump it into the garbage,, Pretty cool huh?! my parents bought it. Its the best thing ever!!!

Gosh Jen!! I can’t believe you missed this video!.. Im glad you watched it though!!!!
honestly eggs in the microwave are so much easier than on the stove top. You can even scamble them, you just heat for like 15 sec. then stir. then 15, stir and so on. its pretty cool.. and its quick!!
I like that my videos can be for anyone. Im not using expenssive food, its all normal, and what I can afford! Also its normal food for anyone, I just use less of something to make it fit into my point system.

I don’t know how I missed this video when it was 1st posted but ….YUMMY, this looks mouthwatering!! Oh, and I never knew that eggs could be cooked in the microwave. . I’m loving your recipe videos, they are not only for those trying to lose weight, they are very healthy as well. I must know, what is that slotted, wooden board that you cut your bread on? I’ve seen it in 2 of your videos & I like it. What is the purpose of the slots? I think I need one of those.

I don’t have much time in the mornings either. So this is so fast, and if you only do 1 egg you can fit in in the muffin and eat it on the road!. no it doesn’t taste different!.
