ahhh, yes. well, i’m going to community college in the next two years, and so everyone just kinda does their own thing, and i’m not forced to make friends or anything.

totally agree with you, Zuzy…it seems like everyone in college drinks, and if you don’t you aren’t normal…be warned, cuz I’ve had to deal with this, and feels almost like people are making fun of me cuz I don’t go out and drink all the time like the rest of the gazillion fuckshows on this campus

Definitely another great video! depression just sux, and i think it inherently makes you gain weight just by itself…maybe cuz the stress and cortisol link

    Great video.

I can totally relate, whenever I’m feeling down I always want to go out for a drink or something… then again, I’m a kind of depressed person, so that’s hard altogether…

    Very Insightful…

drinking is overrated…u dnt need it. ur btr than that

Your body metabolizes all foreign “foods” as fat – all alcohol is recognized by the body as fat and processed as fat.

As I explained in the video, the liver has to process the alcohol (as it would fats) and stops burning fat off of your body as a result. And the dehydration makes the liver far less effect at doing it as well, so it’s a double whammy that in no way aids the fat-removal process of weight loss :S

There is no fat in alcohol.

Quitting drinking is the best thing I have ever done. Also not the easiest. Alcohol was one of the main reasons I gained as much as I did last year.
