    The range of motion is so small and momentum so great that one would have to do this at least 10 times slower than demonstrated. There is no resistance beyond the upright of the legs. Negative resistance takes over and one would have to move even slower. I’m not a trainer so I’m not worried about being sued. Some back strain in the movement is only going to help the developement of the abdominals. The body adapts to stress, just don’t injury yourself. As shown it would take forever.

    onnomonnomonno… lol…. lower abs and upper abs are a whole muscle group? i beg to differ, there are exercises that tone one more than the other….and obliques are separate as well…after losing the belly fat you need to train upper, lower abs and obliques separately… why be full of shit when you could have just watched the video and kept your mouth shut.

    Whole ab muscle group is working at the same time….you cannot “ignite” only lower or only upper abs ….It means… There is no fcking exercise for “lower abs” …don’t give a shit about that …….. do cardio for remove the belly fat and do ab workouts to gain your abs…but…to get 8 pack really need completely remove your belly fat ,,,everybody actually has 8 pack abs..it’s a genetic predisposition…..but mostly 6 packs are visible…it’s only cause of belly fat…..

    Thank you for these exercises. I cannot afford to go to a gym and I just tried these and they work. I am too old to run anymore and when you get to my age you don’t need to eat Macca’s to end up fat. It just happens after you eat sandwiches.
