Hey,nobody ever said that life was easy. In fact,it is very difficult at times,but believe me,having a positive attitude helps keep you going from day to day.
Being positive means seeing problems as challenges that bring out the best in you. Being negative NEVER gets you what you want. If it did we would all be millionaires!

everyone listen to me – this guy is a jackass, if u want high self esteem, my advice is to forget about the whole concept! it’s just fuckin made up it doesnt mean anything, in certain cultures it literally doesnt exist and all women r godesses PERIOD therefore they dont hav low self esteem!

Easy to tell someone to do this. But believing it is harder then anything in world. Its harder to REALY believe someone when you been thinking the other way around for so long. You can think about it that way but your not going to feel “better” emotions. Your still going feel same way you did because you can’t accept the fact that its that way (in positive way).

well you can’t conrol what others think so their for don’t worry about it…..people will always have their opinion about you weather its good or bad…..what matters is whats you think about yourself

I do think though that self esteem dictates how positive we are or can be. Improve your self esteem and everything will get better…Do you agree with me?

One way to stop negative thoughts is to FIRST – reward yourself for catching the negative thougth, be happy that you are improving your awareness.
2. Realise that your negative thoughts are weak and powerless, it litreally takes you WEEKS of straight worrying to manifest something bad.
3. Deliberate Creation. State your intent to create a life you can be proud of. Decide to change your attitude NOW and start by appreciating everything you have around you.

You what you have to do? You have to right down what a positive person does and thinks and read it three times a day. Then, you need to be hyper aware at all times of what you are thinking. When problems arrive, that is when you have to tell yourself “this is where the rubber meets the road.” Then, you knowingly implement positive thinking. The very first time it will fee weird, but from there, after the first time, it will get easier. You will see.

Practice is the key. I’ve been fighting with myself for a month or so to be aware of my thoughts. It works. I’m confronting things positvely and it is improving my life. It really does work. It’s just practice, or conditioning as Tony Robbins says.
