Do you want to lose weight but find it hard not to turn to comfort foods when you are feeling low or bored or angry? When is food not food? When you get it mixed up with your best friend and expect it to support you when you are feeling low! This is especially true in winter and so this is a good time to work out if you eat solely for hunger or look to food for comfort.
