Have to agree 100% with his comments, been there and taken the eca and i lost a lot of weight but eventually i was right back at square one.
Now after several years i watch what i eat, only good food and i feel and look much better for it, i was 115kg but i wanted something to lose those extra kg’s so then i used a fat burner im currently 88kg and still losing but more importantly i kept most of my physique.
They are a dietary aid not a miracle cure, you still need to eat correctly.

Most, not all. Tbh though its not the conventional fat burners that are that bad. A lot of bbs take clenbuterol with thyroid hormones and cycle that with an ephedrine stack. If you get the wrong dosage with the thyroid stuff you might end up on lifetime medication.

depends what health problems mate. anything cardiovascular then definitely avoid ephedrine. thermobol by maximuscle is a good natural fat burner, but it does contain caffeine.
Id advise you check with your doctor and see what ingerdients you should avoid.

ur talking absolute rubbish mate.
u may get fat again if u eat shit and stop doing exercise, but thats obvious. a fat burner wont work anyway if you havent got good exercise and nutrition.
i think the problem with fat burners is that some people think that they can take them and instantly have a ripped bod. The fact is, they are a SUPPLEMENT, and therefore should only be used to SUPPLEMENT a good exercise and nutrition program.

Thank god I don’t take fat burners.
Professional bodybuilders are so unhealthy. My ex-trainer who was a bodybuilding championship winner gets sick like once a month.

What supplement can you take IF you may have health problems?
September 20th, 2009 at 12:01 am
Are you listening or just playing dumb?! He clearly said that the ones with “ephedra” in them work! Try listening next time…
September 20th, 2009 at 12:01 am
1 bottle of it? no…..2 bottles yea prolly….but after that if you were born a fatass then youl get fat again…..simple as that
September 20th, 2009 at 12:01 am
Ok, what products did they study, and what claims did they confirm weren’t met?
If you look at the language that supplement companies use, they hardly make any claims at all. They just say it works, and that it is what the ‘PRO’s’ use.
Are you also trying to say that Ephedra, which was attacked by big pharmaceutical companies because of how effective it is and was taken off the ‘over-the-counter’ market didn’t work.
I think you are grossly uninformed.
September 20th, 2009 at 12:01 am
so as in short term results. that means when you are finished taking them? you will become back to your normal fat self? lol or you stop taking them and just workout and maintain that physique?
September 20th, 2009 at 12:01 am

September 20th, 2009 at 12:01 am
you go to gym for 4-5 hours….lol. that’s WAY too long. you need 2 hours max. 45mins to 1.5 hours should be the average. you’re probably training to slowly with little or no intensity to be working out 4-5 hours a day. even pro bodybuilders don’t work out that long. lol.
