Using weight watcher food and some alternatives with very low points. Amazing food choices for weight watchers. Use their foods or use these alternatives to start. I am altering the way I cook. My husband and I are enjoying the substitutes. Lower in fat, calories, sodium and I am learning the tricks to on how to lose weight easier with weight watchers. I am new to weight watchers and I will start tracking my success for you maybe starting next week. I have been a member since 10/13/09 and I LOVE IT so far! I will also be posting easy recipes to help you lose weight. Don’t forget to eat “filling foods”. Do NOT skip meals, NO meals should ever be skipped!
