Team Dynasty Goes Sky Diving!

She said her biggest fear was to jump out of a plane, and i said that when she got promoted to RMR we would go sky diving and conquer her fear. Well she became a RMR in the next month, and wasn’t ready to make the leap so she said when she makes NMR she will jump! Toni then became the youngest and fastest to promote the position of NMR! She now had no more excuses and the trip was on! We drove to Sky Dive Sebastian and stayed in a beautiful beach house for the weekend. I made my first solo sky dive, while the rest of the crew made either their first or second tandem jumps! The trip was a huge success and everyone can’t wait to jump again! This week I started a new job so I am a bit late with uploading my week 10 video. I’ve been struggling with excessive bloating. I think I need to cut diet soda out of my diet and drink a lot more water. I also made my 10% milestone with Weight Watchers this week. What this basically means is that I’ve lost 10 percent of my body weight since starting wih WW at 188 lbs back in April. I am really excited to keep going on WW and getting to a healthy goal weight. ~ Staying Healthy = )
