Self-esteem is a judgment of yourself. Typically, in comparison to others. Judging is ego. Judging is basically divides something that is whole into parts. Self-esteem is an egotistical mind set which separates people. Diagram 2)Self-esteem is a sense of self. a)A low self-esteem is a low sense of self. b)A high self-esteem is a high sense of self. c)Again, self-esteem is all ego thinking. 3)What you really want isnt a high self-esteem but no self-esteem. a)No self-esteem is a state of mind were you arent judging yourself or others. You are simply being yourself & allowing others to be themselves without judgment. 4)Okay, so how do I not judge myself & others? You follow those nine universal principles of FWG. There is no silver bullet. Ive given you the knowledge if you want to be free. Only you can do the work to free yourself. Notice how your only savior is you?
