Who am I? I am justacameragirl and this is my audition for the Fatastic5 ranting about unhealthy weight loss and the mindset of “quick fixes”. I have a terrible diet history, from the start my intro to diets were presented in such a way where I felt they would be a quick fix to my years of obesity. Weight Watchers, kid, and budget friendly meat loaf with two additional loaves being made at the same time for future use (saves time!). I loaded this one with secret ingredients – no one will ever guess what’s inside (unless they watch you make it).

This week I started a new job so I am a bit late with uploading my week 10 video. I’ve been struggling with excessive bloating. I think I need to cut diet soda out of my diet and drink a lot more water. I also made my 10% milestone with Weight Watchers this week. What this basically means is that I’ve lost 10 percent of my body weight since starting wih WW at 188 lbs back in April. I am really excited to keep going on WW and getting to a healthy goal weight. ~ Staying Healthy = )
